Danny Masterson has been transferred from the maximum-security Corcoran State Prison in central California, according to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. CDCR said Masterson was taken to the California Men’s Colony in San Luis Obispo. A representative from CDCR spoke to USA TODAY and confirmed that Masterson was transferred, however, he was unable to disclose why he was transferred. According to CDCR, Corcoran State Prison is known for holding some of the state’s most dangerous criminals as well as Charles Manson. Last year, Masterson was convicted of raping two women and sentenced to 30 years in prison. Masterson has since been transferred to three different prisons in California.
