Public safety and emergency services will remain operational. Other City services will operate as follows: Police and firefighting Police will be on duty Firefighters and EMS personnel will be on duty general Services The 3-1-1 call centre will be operational from 8am to 5pm and for urgent animal-related issues and traffic signal malfunctions, from 5pm to 11pm. Animal care officers will be on duty Code enforcement officers will be available for inspections and emergency coverage Visitors to downtown parking will have access to on-street parking meters (this will not apply to city-operated off-street garages and parking lots) Outdoor pools will be open June 19. City parks and paths will remain open Limited fitness and park classes will be conducted Waste Collection & Drop Off Trash, recycling and organics will be collected throughout the week according to regular collection schedules.
