Tuesday’s storm summary:
A strong line of storms in southeastern Texas dropped golf ball-sized hail, damaging winds and heavy rain. More than three inches of rain fell in the city center. The strongest winds near Bush Airport were 75 mph, causing flooding in some areas and debris in others. More than 300-thousand outages occurred at the peak of the storm around 2:30 p.m.

Tonight’s forecast:
Most of the night will be quiet. A few additional storms are possible in our far western counties from sunrise through early Wednesday morning.
Wednesday forecast:
It will be hot and humid on Wednesday with showers and storms likely in the afternoon.
10-day forecast:
Finally, there is no extreme heat in the 10-day forecast. We will see storms by Sunday morning. Next week is going to be dry and warm.
