The news we’ve been waiting for: Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi are married.
The “Stranger Things” actress and Jon Bon Jovi’s son — who got engaged in April 2023 — officially said “yes” during a private ceremony last weekend, multiple outlets report.
This relationship update comes three years after Brown, 20, and Bongiovi, 22, spent time together in New York City in June 2021. However, the two didn’t officially confirm their relationship until November of that year, when she posted a sweet PDA photo with Bongiovi at the London Eye.
Since then, the couple hasn’t shied away from expressing their love. In fact, just a few weeks ago, Brown wished Bongiovi a happy birthday on May 7 via Instagram, writing, “The day you were born is my favorite day, I love you.”
Earlier this year, Bongiovi also celebrated Brown’s special day with a message of his own. “Happy birthday my beautiful fiancé,” he wrote alongside a sweet photo on Instagram on Feb. 19. “I love you so much.”
He also hinted at his upcoming wedding and wrote at the end of his note, “A big year is coming up.”

And Brown, of course, has the approval of Bongiovi’s famous father.
“She’s fantastic,” the Bon Jovi frontman — who shares Jake as well as children Stephanie, 30, Jesse, 29, and Romeo, 20, with his wife Dorothea Hurley — told E! News in April. “She’s really amazing and she and Jake are a great couple.”
Millie Bobby Brown shared with Jimmy Fallon the full story of how her fiancé Jake Bongiovi proposed to her.
After all, it didn’t take long for Brown and Bongiovi to fall in love with each other.
“I was interested in him and I wanted to know more about him,” the “Damsel” star told the Times in August. “As soon as we talked, I knew he was going to be a big part of my life. I went to my mom and said, ‘I really like him!’ After we met, we knew we never wanted to leave each other’s side.”
“You can’t explain why, it’s just a feeling of knowing that this is the person you want to spend the rest of your life with,” he added. “I think it’s all about overthinking in life. One thing I understood very clearly was him.”
E! News reached out to representatives for Brown and Bongiovi for comment but did not receive a reply.
The Sun first reported the wedding.
