He continued… “I got away with murder. I’m a rock and roll star, I’m no saint. You know, I’m not saying I haven’t had 100 girls in my life. I have.” Jon Bon Jovi! it was very nice.”
John didn’t go into much detail about what exactly that meant, but he made it clear that he’d never let the good thing he had with his longtime love be jeopardized – which led to their divorce in 1989. Got married in a secret ceremony in Vegas.
Despite all the fame and factionalism, he said he would not let his relationship with Dorothea be jeopardized… declaring it was not worth it.
The singer shared… “There’s no doubt in my mind that this world goes around because of her. What she did to keep the kids right, what she does to keep me right, what we do to keep it right What do we do together? There is no doubt about it.”
John and Dorothea, who have 4 children together, recently celebrated their momentous wedding anniversary. The secret of his success??? The singer said that he and his wife have been able to grow together over the years.
