I am pleased to announce that the senior leadership team has recommended a salary eligibility pool for approval to the Purdue Board of Trustees, to provide benefits to eligible faculty and staff for the upcoming year. Our commitment to rewarding PNW employees for consistently achieving excellence reflects PNW’s financial and operational strength.
Benefit eligible employees hired before March 31 can be included in the pool, which is:
- 3.0% for recurring merit increments (added to base pay) with effect from July 1, 2024.
Managers will determine the allocation of the eligibility pool among eligible employees in each department and business unit. Supervisors will receive information from the Office of Finance and Business Services to communicate to individual faculty and staff members by mid-June.
Recurring eligibility increases will be reflected in the July 24 pay statement for biweekly employees and the July 31 pay statement for monthly employees.
