seattle – After six straight matches, the Husky men’s tennis team finally returns home this week for two big Pac-12 dual matches against the Trojans and Bruins. Washington (7-10, 1-2 Pac-12) completed its long road trip with a conference win at Utah last Friday, giving the Dawgs a boost of momentum to take home the title.
The Huskies first host 49th ranked USC this Friday, April 5 at 3 p.m., followed by 25th ranked UCLA for a 1 p.m. matchup on Sunday. Weather permitting, both matches will be played outside at Bill Quillian Stadium. Washington goes 5–1 at home and finishes the regular season with four of its last five games at home.
Washington suffered several close setbacks before earning a 4–0 win at Utah. Previously, the Dawgs lost 4–3 at #63 Boise State and 4–3 at #39 Pepperdine, as well as 4–2 at #64 Santa Clara.

UCLA is ranked 25th and 8-6 overall and had a non-conference win over the Trojans in their last game by a 4-1 count. The Bruins fell to 0-2 in conference play after losing to Arizona schools at home and will play first up at Oregon on Friday.
